Great fan. High quality. Pretty heavy but a 3 year old can hold it no problem. Has a speed indicator which goes from 1-199. Sufficient while traveling and need to cool down. I got a black and a pink one for the kids.
It blows quite a bit of air, if it cools not too much but does send out cold air.
Very good product, I recommend it.

There is up to 100 steps, but this is more inconvenient. It's really inconvenient to have to go up to 100 steps.
